| FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Wharfedale 2180 pair speakers Wharfedale 2180, low impedance, 200 Watts surface mount speakers for background music and PA. Wharfedale 80 series The 80 Series use high performance Wharfedale drive units with a substantial 200mm woofer crossing over to a high quality 25mm fabric dome tweeter complete with a ferrofluid cooled voice coil ensuring consistent and reliable long term performance. The 2180 features 2 x 25mm tweeters, whilst the 3180 has 2 x 25mm tweeters as well as 2 x 200mm woofers. Exclusive to Wharfedale, the 80 Series features the ‘Baker Effect’ - by mounting two hf drive units perpindicular to each other and carefully contouring the crossover network, a dramatic stereo effect can be produced in almost any listening position. Finished in black vinyl with removable black cloth grilles, the 80 Series is built around a substantial lateral wrap cabinet providing extra strength for safe rear bracket mounting. The 2080 and 2180 are supplied with one mounting bracket, whilst the 3180 is supplied with two brackets for each loudspeaker. |
