Vogels PFA9030
Vogels turn and tilt unit fits on PFA extension tubes or standard 60mm tube. It has turn and 15 degree tilt function.
You can use this on an extension tube with FAU-D interface for single LCD display mounting. Use two FAU-D interfaces for two displays back to back; or use a FAU-E interface for sky mounting.
For instance, you could use PFA9005 ceiling plate with an extension tube PFA9003/9004/9015/9016, and the PFA9030 which tilts and turns at the end of the pole. You then fit the FAU-D, one at either side of the PFA9030 turn and tilt unit part way down the pole; the further down the pole add another PFA9030 and two FAU-D to back to back mount and again further down the pole if you want to have 3 lots of back to back mountings; or you can just add one FAU-D at each side to have three lots of single LCDs mounted down the pole. Alternatively you could add an FAU-E for sky/ceiling mounted which is useful when people want to look up towards the ceiling at a screen, for instance at the dentists.
Vogels flat display ceiling components
Some of Vogels professional solutions can be built up as a modular system.
The first step is to decide which ceiling mounting plate is required, depending on ceiling construction and application; e.g. PFA9005 (flat), PFA9019 (angled), PFA9020 (heavy duty flat for use with long extension tubes), PFA9009 for attaching tubes to 50mm truss systems.
Next step is to take length of the tube; Vogels have 4 standard lengths; 30cm, 80cm, 150cm and 300cm. PFA9003, PFA9004, PFA9015, PFA9016.
Then there is the choice of turn and tilt unit. For displays up to 26-inch you can choose the PFA9012 or PFA9030; for larger displays PFA9001 and PFA9002.
The last step concerns the choice of interface. In the case of PFA9030 this means the LCD interfaces FAU-D or FAU-E; PFA9001 and PFA9002 are compatible with interfaces FAU3150 and FAU3125.
It is not always necessary to take all 4 steps, for example, PFC900 is already partly assembled (plate, tube and tilt turn) and only step 4 needs to be taken. Also PFA9012 is turn and tilt integrated therefore step 4 is not needed.
