Top Tec AV Grypa is a multi-purpose, fully adjustable projector mount that offers a compact, economic solution to AV security. Whether you need to securely mount a new projector or add security to an existing installation, the Grypa system provides a simple and cost effective solution.

Picture shows the AV Grypa mounted on a Top-Tec pole for illustration only; pole/ceiling plate are sold separately. Grypa mounting kits are available. 290w x 170 x 135h.

Each of the Grypa retaining arms can be adjusted individually by height and by width, providing you with many different size options to suit your projector. These arms are also hardened for additional security.

The Grypa can be adjusted to fit the following projector sizes -
Height adjustment 70mm to 140mm

Width and depth adjustment
Minimum projector size 230mm x 170mm
Maximum square projector size 350mm x 350mm
Maximum rectangular projector size 370mm x 215mm

Option 1 - Secure Mount
To securely mount to an existing pole, you will require a AVB-GY-H bundle. This contains a Grypa Projector Mount and a Grypa Swivel Mount, both of which are provided with keyed locks to secure into place. The Grypa Swivel Mount provides tilt in all directions together with a 360° rotation capability.

Option 2 - Retrofit
To secure previously installed projectors, you have a choice of a number of bundles (AVB-GY-**). All of these contain a Grypa Projector Mount with a choice of lockable cable from 1.0 m to 6.0m long. One end of the cable fits through two special brackets, which can be fitted to your ceiling plate, or directly to your ceiling or wall. The other end is located through the pre-drilled holes in the Grypa Projector Mount and locked into place.

As a guide on a Retrofit, please allow a minimum of 750mm plus pole length for your cable length. This length will also depend on where you position the brackets.

Please note Top-Tec generally work on 80kg max load for their brackets but it all depends on what fixings you are using, the wall or ceiling struction, etc., so this is a very general guideline. We have therefore listed the max weight at 45kg to err on the side of caution. However, Top-Tec nor Wedgwood take no responsibility for damage to your equipment caused by any reason whatsoever, and recommend you use a competent installation company who can advise on your installation requirements.
