| FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Sharp XR-10S multimedia projector Sharp XR10S projector gives high quality, high contrast images with DLP technology, responding to crossover applications required from business to entertainment. Quiet operation, DTV and HDTV compatible, makes it ideal for boardrooms. Dust resistant achieved with DLP sealed optical system, makes it ideal for public areas such as hotels, pubs and clubs and, as it is BECTA approved, education, schools, colleges and universities. It can be used on a desktop or ceiling mounted. When you use the lamp in eco mode it reduces from 2,000 ANSI lumens to 1,570 brightness, which is good for schools and is also cost effective as it prolongs the lamp life from approx 2,000 to approx 3,000 hours. Features 3000 hours approx, lamp life in eco mode Sharp portable projector range Sharp projector range includes their entry level, data projectors XR-10S, XR-20S, XR-10X and XR-20X which although portable, do not come with carry cases, but do offer a 3 year RTB warranty. These four models look identical but vary as to SVGA or XGA and between 2000 ANSI lumens (10S, 10X models) and 2300 ANSI lumens (20S, 20X models). The XR-10S and XR-10X are BECTA approved making them ideal for education. They have eco mode which means you can benefit from lower ANSI lumens when using with your interactive whiteboard and help prolong the lamp life from from approximately 2,000 to 3,000 hours. As these models are DLP technology you benefit from higher contrast which gives more degrees of black, making for better colour images. These models are also chunkier to help deter theft but are still lightweight and they have a Kensington lock and password capabilities. |
