Panasonic WV-CS954 24v version of WV-CS950. Super Dynamic III colour dome camera is equipped with a 30x optical zoom lens, with a 10x digital zoom, to give a total zoom capability up to 300x, to enable you to identify distant subjects, making this pan / tilt / zoom, camera ideal for 24 hour surveillance in car parks and town centres, including potential trouble-spots.

The camera includes Auto Image Stabilizer to eliminate blurring if the camera is shaken and Scene Change Detection to send the alarm signal if the camera is interfered with. It works well even when contrast changes from scene to scene and the area free natural contrast image correction ensures accurate reproduction, whatever the subject. Images stay clear and sharp in lighting as low as 0.5 lux (in colour) and 0.04 lux (in B/W).

Another useful feature of this camera is Adaptive Digital Noise Reduction, which eliminates streaking from objects such as headlights. Its 0.065/sec. ultra slow speed fine control and powerful zoom let you zoom in smoothly on your subject. It has horizontal resolution has 540 lines (typical) in colour or 570 lines in black and white.

Control via coax or RS485 allowing the choice of control from Panasonic to third party controller. Delivers 160 times the dynamic range of standard cameras. IP52 rated.

Panasonic WV-CS950 has 240v AC power, whilst the WV-CS954 is the 24 volt version of WV-CS950.

An example is to connect the WJ-HD316 (16 camera inputs) or WJ-HD309 (9 camera inputs) to CD-R/DVD-R, VTR (video Y/C output), two dome cameras WV-CS850B on ch1-8, WV-CP250x8 on ch9-16, colour monitor x 2 (live and live/playback/menue), connected to recorder on video output, RGB monitor for live playback/menue, on RGB output, connected Ethernet (10Base-T100Base TX) to LAN/WAN, via Internet to PC and PC/laptop. Cascade system involves up to 64 camera inputs.
