LVC series of loudspeaker circuit volume controls

Series of volume controls 100 volt with override.

Designed for use with loudspeaker loads up to 25W, 100W or 300W, these volume controls will operate on 50, 70, 100V line systems. The LVC series have been designed to provide excellent frequency response, using uniquely wound auto-transformers for maximum efficiency.

When operating with remote relay override, paging levels can be pre-set so that in noisy warehouses or a quiet office, paging volumes can match the ambient noise conditions. Versions are available with a paging on/off switch, for discussion or conference areas, so that meetings need not be disturbed by unwanted paging announcements. As standard, white plastic front panels moulded from ABS material, making them virtually unbreakable, are included.

'Bare bones' P.C. cards, without front panel but including control knob and indexing disc, for OEM front panels are available, see order codes. BS front panels can be hot foil stamped with supplier, installer, or venue name. Various metal front panel options are also available at extra cost. A programme selector switch with up to 10 channel positions is available to include on a double gang front panel with 25W control. The installer may also use these for the construction of purpose-designed in-room entertainment panels or as part of an engineered rack system. A range of 6-way programme selectors integrated with low power volume controls is also available.
