T-17SXL EM (electro magnetic) SXGA TFT interactive panel from Hitachi enhances lessons and presentations with a bold, bright, high performance interactive panel. This StarTablet brings exceptional clarity to presentations, meetings, lessons and lectures.
The 17-SXL allows you to face your classroom or audience while controlling a lesson or lecture from a podium or desk. This eliminates working with projection shadow that is common with traditional interactive whiteboards. You can project onto any available screen regardless of size, making it flexible for use in a variety of environments from small classrooms to large auditoriums.
Featuring built-in speakers, it is easy to set up and requires no costly installations and is easily transportable between classrooms or meeting rooms. Users should be able to confidently operate the device within 10 minutes.
The StarTabletT-17-SXL EM panel enables you to make annotations directly onto the screen, highlight key points, import clip art, use a variety of included background templates or even convert your handwritten notes to text. All notes and images can be saved in a variety of formats, printed or emailed. Draw or write directly on the screen, using a cordless pen as your mouse to control your computer. Comes with Hitachi Cambridge Board Software to enhance your presentations.
The panel works with any Windows-based point-and-click applications including internet browsers, spreadsheets, CD ROMs and word processing programs.
The XGA interactive TFT technology and comes with a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, providing a highly accurate interactive surface ideal for displaying fine detail. No time delay is experienced when using the panel, thus allowing teachers to write as quickly as their flow of thought allows them.
Incorporating tough electromagnetic technology, the EM panel is housed in a sleek grey surround.
The Hitachi Cambridge Board Software provides an optional module for Integrated Polycom and Sony videoconferencing set-up, simplifying the steps necessary to deliver interactive data and video in a remote conferencing environment
